We understand that our actions in the workplace not only affect our staff directly, but also the staff and clientele of our customers.

Our intent at Spick n Span is to provide and maintain, as far as it is our control, a safe and healthy working environment. In order to achieve this, we enlist the support of our employees and empower them to conduct their jobs in a safe and professional manner. We ensure that our staff undergo continuous training, both in-house and by suppliers. Staff will then only be appointed to jobs once an acceptable level of training has been achieved.

Our commitment is to manage risks and provide good standards of health and safety, not only as legal obligation, but also from an ethical and moral standpoint. We ensure that we carry out full appraisal of our health, safety and welfare requirements, standards and procedures. These mechanisms that we put in place will be reviewed periodically to ensure they are always up to date and relevant.
